Sparkling Pointe Local Oyster Showcase

We are excited for the return of our Local Oyster Showcase on Sunday October 2, 2022! This year’s event will take you on a walk around interactive tasting flight of six Sparkling Pointe wines each paired with three Long Island Oysters. Learn about oyster terroir (merroir) with this exciting opportunity to taste six different local oysters and meet the people who grow and work with them.

Three of the pairings will feature local chefs showcasing their signature prepared oyster recipe, while the other three pairings will highlight the farmers and their unique oyster varieties.

Tickets include tastings of 6 Sparkling Pointe wines and 1 and 1/2 dozen oysters (half prepared by chefs and half shucked and served by the oyster farmers themselves) Our regular Sparkling Pointe wine and food pairing menu will be also be available. This event runs from 3:00pm – 5:30pm on Sunday October 2, 2022. (will be hosted indoors in the event of rain)

Cancellations with 7+ days advance notice will be eligible for a refund. After that tickets are non-refundable.
