Rose Hill Vineyards is small and humble.

Our philosophy is that growing grapes for great wine is a blend of science, art, and folk wisdom. We believe that great wine begins in the vineyard and should reflect the region where its grapes are grown. We have always believed that great friends, great food, and great wine are essential to a great life.
Set in a 125-year-old barn, our winery provides us with a sense of peacefulness that has been passed down by generations of farmers. It is filled with natural light and is constructed in a way that allows us to handle fruit utilizing the gift of gravity.

The cellar, where we age our wines, is set apart from the winery building in a quiet barn that was constructed from reclaimed, first-growth, ancient heartwood pine. The cellar roof supports solar panels that, along with a wind turbine, produces all of the energy used for the winery, cellar, vineyard, and farmhouse inn.

With a nod to the past and a vision for the future, we are a comprehensive experience of winery and inn that incorporates great wine and great hospitality on the North Fork of Long Island.
